Following this conversation, you’ll receive detailed profiles of exceptional candidates tailored to fit your family's needs. Leveraging our extensive network of nannies, trusted referrals, and strategic recruitment methods, we ensure a quick turnaround.

 

If you're in NYC, expect to receive suitable matches within 3-5 business days. Yaya Agency  is spearheaded by our founders Gessa and Jovi, who will guide you throughout the entire process, helping you find your ideal nanny.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of full-time nanny experience for full-time nanny roles.

- A minimum of 3 years of childcare experience for part-time nanny positions.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), Night Nurse, or Baby Nurse for newborn care roles.

- At least two years of relevant experience for all other positions.

- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. 

- Must be 21 years or older.

- Successful completion of a background check upon job offer.

- Willingness to assist with light housekeeping related to children’s care.

- Three references, including one recent employer.

- A positive presence on online and social media platforms.

- Must demonstrate professionalism, responsiveness, and a genuine passion for caregiving.
