About the Role
A family in Tribeca is seeking a dedicated and caring full-time nanny to support their household and help look after their 3-year-old daughter. The start date is ASAP, with a desired schedule of 40-45 hours per week, falling between 8 AM and 7 PM. The ideal candidate should be flexible and willing to stay late or cover weekends on occasion. The family values collaboration and is looking for a great fit to join their team, including their other nanny.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide attentive and nurturing care, engaging her in age-appropriate activities to support her growth and development.
Prepare healthy meals focused on fresh ingredients, protein, and vegetables for the child.
Perform light housekeeping tasks related to the child’s care, including children’s laundry and keeping the kitchen and play areas neat and clean.
Assist with household errands and maintain organization in the home.
Occasionally care for the second child (9 months old) if the primary nanny is unavailable.
Additional Information:
Household Duties: Light housekeeping related to children, errands for organization, and ensuring a tidy living space.
Pets: Comfortable with a dog, as the nanny will need to occasionally visit an apartment where the client’s sister has a dog.
Desired Qualities: A fun, creative person who can design engaging activities for a toddler and easily build rapport with children.

Gender: Female (preferred).
Nationality: Latin American, French, Canadian, or Filipina (preferred).
Language Requirements: Fluent in English; ideally bilingual in Spanish or French.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience, specifically with babies and toddlers (ages <1 year to 5 years old).
Certifications: CPR certification required; ideally has an educational background (e.g., teaching assistant or preschool/kindergarten teacher).
Driving and Swimming Skills: Ideally able to drive and swim.
Live-In/Live-Out Preference: Flexible.
Salary Range: Take-home salary of $25-$28 per hour.
